I used to love this place, but recent experiences are really disappointing. It gets super hard to make an appointment here. Even if you successfully make an appointment, they cancel your appointment when you are only 2 minutes late, and the front desk refuses to reschedule for you. They don't care whether you need to see a doctor or not. They just tell you to go home and call by yourself. It seems like the only job for the front desk is to refuse anyone to see the doctor. Interesting. By the way, I have been having issues with my bills in the past year. I had to have my insurance company to call them several times and finally they corrected the bill. You better check your EOB to make sure they didn't overcharge you. Not sure what is going on with ADC now, but we won't be coming back anymore.

Wait times for pediatrics are terrible, consistently running over an hour late. Today we waited an hour for Dr. Howard, but there was still another patient before us and no one could tell me how long the wait would be. We had to leave for other commitments (work!!!). While I would never want a doctor who doesn't take their time and give patients their full attention, greed is clearly motivating the clinic to schedule patients at a higher interval than his throughput. I cannot abide by a clinic that requires me to block off three hours for a scheduled appointment!

I have Dr Trung as my primary care doctor and I have only been able to see her maybe 2 times in about a year. I wanted to change to Dr Page since I am able to get appts with him (he is very good and thorough), but he is not accepting new patients. The only reason I changed primary’s was due to Dr Eisen leaving (I loved Dr. Eisen, she was great). I was able to get appts with her so I do not know what has happened since she has left. Whatever the reason, it is now preventing me from getting an appt with my primary. I am looking to leave ADC for this reason. It’s important for a patient to be able to see their primary doctor more than 2x a year. Truly unacceptable ADC.

Dr. Kristina is ok but she didn't check with me if I tell her everything she needs to know and left. Bebe, her assistant is the most surprising part. Super impatient and rude when asking my information. Under this condition I checked with her that she looks unhappy whether she is ok, she totally ignored me and kept being impatient and rude to me. In the end she rushed me out and give me the wrong information about where I should do my lab and didn't give me information about other screening that I need to do. I have to go back and double check with the front desk lady. The front desk lady is the best of the whole visit.
